WHAT IS BARRE ?

More than just a workout, barre is a dynamic, full-body method that builds strength, improves posture, and boosts endurance through low-impact movement.

At Barre KZN, expect challenging classes, uplifting energy, and a community that makes exercise something you'll genuinely look forward to.

We make use of equipment such as, light hand weights, bands, sliders, and a pilates ball. The whole class can also be done with no equipment, just a yoga mat.
